Alongside being Dr. Neisen’s wonderful wife, Hope is our office manager who helps keep the practice running in tip-top shape! She seeks to cultivate an atmosphere of warmth and trust for both patients and her team. When she’s not in the office, you can catch her being an amazing mother to her sweet daughters and rescue dog.

In 2025, Hope pushed herself to the limit and climbed the elevation of Mount Everest in 33 hours!
Nicole is a fabulous member of our front desk team. She is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you enter our office. Nicole lives in between Spicer and Willmar in beautiful country land with her amazing husband David. They have three wonderful children Kiearra, Jevon and Avaya, who always keep them very busy with sporting events and many other extracurricular activities. Nicole enjoys being outdoors, boating, fishing, and spending time with family making memories when she can.

Nicole has always enjoyed caring for people and sharing a smile with those she meets. She might be a familiar face to some, as she was a nurse for several years at the Redwood Falls clinic and the Willmar Clinic prior to joining the Authentic Dental of Willmar.
Traci is one of our phenomenal dental hygienists – as she performs your dental cleanings, gum therapy, and other preventative procedures to help you maintain your smile. Traci joined the practice in August of 2015 and lives by Diamond Lake with her husband, Mike and their three children.

Traci’s children’s names all start with H – Harper, Haven, and Hayes.
Brandy is one of our wonderful dental assistants – as she works chairside with Dr. Neisen to complete your smile. She has been a dental assistant for over 20 years, and has been with the practice since 2016. Brandy grew up in Missouri, is married and has two grown children, and enjoys spending the weekends with her family and friends.

Brandy was born in Germany and spent her childhood traveling throughout Europe.
Amber is one of our excellent dental assistants – as she works chairside with Dr. Neisen to complete your smile. Amber joined the Authentic Dental of Willmar team in 2021. She grew up in Willmar and after a few years away, Amber is happy to be back in the region. She has 4 incredible boys – Conway, McCoy, Knox, and Stetsyn and loves spending time with them.

In her free time, she enjoys watching her boys wrestle or adventuring outside with her family.
Vicky has been a member of the practice for over 20 years. Vicky grew up in Willmar and Atwater and later moved to New London where she raised three children. Now, Vicky enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Vicky loves to rider her Harley during the summer. At Thanksgiving she gets together with her family to make lefse for the holidays.
Julie has served as our Sterilization Assistant since April 2021. She grew up in Arlington, Minnesota, and is the proud mother of three children, one of whom is Dr. Neisen.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys health and fitness, traveling, watching old TV shows, and spending time with family and friends.
