Trent Neisen, D.D.S.

Dr. Trent Neisen grew up in Bird Island, MN and graduated from BOLD High School. During his high school years, he played basketball and football and still loves both. Following high school, Dr. Neisen attended North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND where he graduated with highest honors with a degree in Zoology - Health Sciences. Dr. Neisen completed his dental education at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, graduating 6th of 98 students in his class. Following dental school, Dr. Neisen completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. During this advanced program, Dr. Neisen completed additional training in dental implants, root canals, wisdom teeth, and advanced cases. Dr. Neisen was so excited to return to Minnesota and purchased Willmar Family Dentistry from Dr. Jorgenson in October 2020.

Dr. Neisen is married to Hope Neisen, the business manager of the practice. They have been married since 2015. They have a dog, Nellie, who is their pride and joy. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Neisen can be found lifting weights, reading, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, or spending time with friends and family

Dr. Neisen is passionate about providing great care in a comfortable manner and treating patients like family. He absolutely loves what he does and he looks forward to treating you!


Hope, Business Manager 

Hope is the business manager of WIllmar Family Dentistry and is married to Dr. Neisen. Hope grew up in Montevideo, MN and graduated from MSUM - Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in pychology. Hope spent five years working with children with autism providing advanced, individual services. Hope spent the last year working alongside Dr. Neisen in a private practice as the dental insurance coordinator. 

When she's not working at the practice, Hope can be found crafting, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or hanging out with Nellie (Dr. Neisen and Hope's rescue dog). 

After spending two years in Arizona, Hope is very happy to return home to Minnesota. She is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health by making them feel comfortable and welcome. She looks forward to welcoming you to our practice at your next visit!


Vicky, Clinic Director / L.D.A. 

Vicky is our full time clinic director and patient dental implant treatment coordinator. She has 41 combined years as a license dental assistant and clinic director. Vicky has completed the dental implant treatment coordinator certification program with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She received her dental degree from Minnesota West Community and Technical College. Vicky’s primary responsibility is to keep our clinic running smoothly with technology updates, financing discussions with patients, and answering questions regarding insurance benefits and dental treatment options. She enjoys all aspects of the dental profession, especially keeping current with the latest technology advancements in an ever changing healthcare industry.



Traci, R.D.H.

Traci is a full time licensed dental hygienist. She received her degree in dental hygiene from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. Traci has a passion for working with people which is what lead her to pursue a career in the dental field. She loves the one-on-one interaction with patients and strives to help each patient lead healthier lives by customizing care to meet each individual’s needs. Traci understands the importance of keeping current in her profession and she does so by attending many continuing education courses. By staying current in the dental field, Traci is able to educate her patients and keep them up to date on all the latest dental trends. She strives to create a friendly, warm and inviting environment for all of her patients.


Cheryl, L.D.A. 

Cheryl, having over 42 years of experience in the dental profession has reduced her hours here to enjoy being a grandparent and is now a part time surgical assistant. She received her degree from Minnesota West Technical College and is trained to assist patients with the highest level of care and knowledge. Along with her other areas of expertise, Cheryl has over 23 years of experience in surgical implant dentistry. Her experience in implant dentistry is an important compliment to our highly trained staff. She will greet you with her outgoing personality and will make your dental visit an informed and pleasant one.
